Stringer was Senterra's project manager for Villas del Mar and worked as a construction manager at Greenway Plaza. Stringer also spent time working at Guardian Savings and Loan, where he was instrumental in the development and construction processes for more than 20 projects.
Stringer's Insignia duties include oversight and management of all capital and tenant improvement projects for the firm's 4.5 million-sf Houston portfolio. "Since we significantly expanded our Houston portfolio, Insignia/ESG has been selectively recruiting the highest caliber of real estate professionals," says Peyton Collins, Insignia's executive director.
