Kinko's will start the relocation from Ventura, CA this quarter. TrizecHahn says this week's signing comes with a promise to put up Kinko's signs on three sides of the building's exterior. TrizecHahn's Paul Layne, senior vice president, says in a prepared statement the deal was mortared on "the right combination of financial terms, space and location."
The Staubach Co. team of Jeff Ellerman, Lance McIlhenny and Bob Hagewood represented Kinko's in its headquarters selection in the metroplex. TrizecHahn used in-house broker DeDe Willis to shore up the deal. The 513,000-sf Three Galleria Tower, built in 1991, connects to Galleria Mall.
