GVA Williams of New Jersey, based in nearby Parsippany, closed the deal on behalf of GrinnellSimplex. The firm's John Cunningham and Lori Zuck spoke for the new tenant in negotiating the transaction.
Reckson Associates Realty Corp., which has its New Jersey offices in Short Hills, is the owner of the 200 Forge Way property. The building totals approximately 75,000 sf of flex space.
