In the first, the former New York Times distribution facility at 3001 Woodbridge Ave. in Edison, NJ is being marketed by GVA Williams-NJ president David Simson and senior vice president-corporate accounts Joel Orenstein. The asset, which is in the vicinity of 325,000 sf, includes 9,000 sf of executive offices and is adjacent to Raritan Center, one of the largest business parks in the Northeast.

The other property is 32 Commerce Court in South Brunswick, NJ. Orenstein is marketing the 163,648-sf asset for sublease on behalf of Anixter, Inc. The building, located adjacent to Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, includes 28,000 sf of office space with training rooms, teleconferencing and A/V compliance.
