Accudata Systems is taking 7,656 sf of office space in the Northwest Houston building. Pauline Phillips of Houston-based Tomlinson Realty represented Accudata at the bargaining table. Accudata Systems is a Houston-based independent information technology services and solutions firm specializing in enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Estate Resources, a financial planning and investment consultancy, has leased 2,272 sf. In October 2001, the building was about 82% occupied. Office space is advertised at $15 per sf. Built in 1982, Northchase Place is a four-story, glass building with an atrium in the multi-building Northchase complex.
