Woods, Larry Ortega and Dillon Tidwell brokered both sides of the deal that puts Mor Furniture for Less into the 10-year-old center at the intersection of Elliot and Priest drives. Woods tells GlobeSt.com that the 10-year lease represents the first of several Mor Furniture for Less stores that will open in metro Phoenix this year. Mor for Less is owned by Super Stores of America Inc. of San Diego.
The furniture retailer will occupy its Arizona inroad Sept. 1 at the 180,000-sf center, which is 90% occupied with the signing. Wal-Mart is its star tenant.
