Joe Dobbs snags a promotion to Crescent's vice president of property management in Dallas, one of two VPs serving the firm's interests in the city. He previously was the director of property management for Crescent's Dallas region. Of his 28 years' experience, Dobbs has spent 25 years working the Dallas market. He will oversee eight property managers and 8.1 million sf in 13 Dallas properties.
Dobbs is the 2002 vice president for Texas BOMA and an instructor. He previously served as president for BOMA and IREM in Dallas.
Hall Financial Group has added Kym Nishimura as a leasing representative at its Frisco office park. She recently relocated to Dallas from California, where she was a leasing assistant with Tishman Speyer Properties in Santa Monica. Her California duties included leasing MGM Plaza, a six-building office campus totaling more than 1.1 million sf. Hall Office Park consists of nearly one million sf in seven buildings.
