IPS Sendero has renewed and expanded for a total 30,754 sf, up from an estimated 22,000 sf. "We really looked all over the market. It (Scottsdale Financial Center II) just offered them the best solution," Gee Gee Entz of Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro explains to GlobeSt.com. "And, it was competitively priced." Jim Watkins of Lee & Associates Arizona represented building owner, Maier & Siebel, in the negotiations.
The class A office building is located at 7272 E. Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale's Downtown market and part of a region boasting an overall office occupancy of 16%, says Entz. The Maier & Siebel project encompasses nearly 156,000 sf.
