The developer plans to build Summit Point, a 56-unit luxury townhome project, on its newly acquired site. Sitework is just underway for the project, which will cost an estimated $25 million to complete.
"The property's location just a short commute from the George Washington Bridge made it ideal for our newest townhome community," according to Steven Fisch, a partner in Continental Properties. The units, with luxury amenities, will range into the upper $400,000s, according to Fisch.
Besides Summit Point, other current Continental projects in the Garden State include Brookview Farm in Spotswood (Middlesex County), Hunter's Ridge in Roxbury (Morris County), and The Regency Club in Livingston (Essex County).
