The space is located within the 500,700-sf West Side Industrial Park, near the New Jersey Turnpike and a number of other transportation facilities. The space has been upgraded with heavy power capabilities, according to Neu, and "is available at less-than-market rates."
"Corporate entities and start-up companies are benefiting from the Jersey City market," Neu says. "It offers multiple commuter options and a talented labor pool."
