Alan, who has been with Prime Retail for nearly seven years, previously spent time in the Baltimore office of Philadelphia-based legal firm Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, and with the now defunct legal firm Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman, which broke-up in 1992. In an official comment on the management change, company Chairman/President/CEO Glenn D. Reschke says, "While Alan will certainly be missed, the Board of Directors has every confidence that Kelvin will be an able successor in the position of general counsel.
