Michael Grant and Michael Spain, both of TIG Real Estate Services Inc. in Dallas, represented the tenant. Shane Clark of Dallas-based Bradford Cos. brokered the deal for the building owner. AAF-McQuay is a leading commercial heating and air conditioning business.
In a 12,327-sf deal, a Lewis Center, Ohio-based plastics supplier and distributor has taken the keys to its first Texas location. A Multi Plastics Inc. team selected the Dallas location in a one-day tour of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Helen Hudson of TIG Real Estate Services, tells GlobeSt.com.
The winner of the five-site review was 10554 King William Dr., an EastGroup Properties LP holding. Hudson negotiated on the tenant's behalf and Ken Wesson of Bradford Cos. bargained for the 24-year-old building owner. The newcomer's spot is in the Interstate Distribution Center I near the intersection of Stemmons Freeway and Interstate 35.
