Ted Braketselos of Houston Site Acquisition brokered the lease for Mexican Tourism. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, both of the Houston office of PM Realty Group, handled talks for building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio. The 350 North Belt Place is part of a 5.2 million-sf, 50-building office, retail and office-warehouse portfolio in Houston.

The two-story, 64,108-sf office building is located close to Bush Intercontinental Airport. Built in 1978, it is 73% occupied. The suburban office property carries an advertised lease rate of $13.50 per sf. According to the latest market reports, the North Belt submarket is getting $21.35 per sf for class A space and $16.81 per sf for class B office product.
