Bruce Campbell, CB Richard Ellis first vice president in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com that he is looking at closing the one acre-plus sale before April 15. And the team is talking to other possible buyers for the 18 tracts in a development geared toward build-to-suits and owner-occupied projects.

The infill site is positioned adjacent to Arrowhead Towne Center and in the "center of commerce for the Northwest Valley," says Campbell. Its demand is bolstered by the lack of available surrounding land at 73rd Avenue and Camino San Xavier. Infrastructure work is ticketed for completion in April. The acreage also is flanked by office and residential product.

Campbell and CB Richard Ellis associate Susan Evans hold the assignment. They also brokered the original land sale between seller Westcor Venture Partners and Arrowhead Executive Property LLC of Phoenix. The $2.7-million deal closed just two weeks ago.
