Calvin Hull is now executive director, capping his 12 years with the firm. The top C&W producer moves into the job after pushing four million sf of lease transactions during his C&W tenure.
C&W also brought Randy Thompson on board as senior director of program management from TechKnowledge Consulting Corp., where he was marketing director. It's a newly created job to sell the firm's project and construction management services. Thompson has 20 years' experience in leading and managing teams assigned to complex project and construction management jobs.
In Insignia's ongoing courtship of the DFW ranks, Marijke Gampper-Lantz exits the Archon Group to be Insignia's senior managing director of property management and leasing. She was Archon's vice president of operations and commercial dispositions on a national basis. Her state date is Jan. 28. In the past three years, the 18-year veteran was responsible for the disposition of office, retail and industrial assets in excess of $2 billion.
