An importer of gift items has leased 19,738 sf in the Embassy, a 197,374-sf office building at 1431 Greenway Dr. in Las Colinas. The East Coast importer will occupy its first Texas location Feb. 1.
Don Tillery, senior director of Alliance Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, represented the Horizon Group. Ken Walters of Kennedy-Wilson negotiated the long-term lease for the building owner, SFERS Real Estate Corp. W. of Delaware. According to Alliance Commercial, the tenant is a supplier for Michaels arts and crafts stores.
Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s Greg Bracchi has sewn up a relocation site for discount retailer, Tuesday Morning. The 27th metroplex store will open its doors Feb. 2 in 10,000 sf at Redbird Hill, a center located on the northeast corner of Camp Hill Road and Cockrell Hill. The business is shuttering a store along US Highway 67 and Camp Wisdom Road in the move.
In Carrollton, NPRC Inc. heads into 11,788 sf of industrial space at 3220 Commander. The property will be used for assembly and distribution of circuit boards. Matt Talley and Dan Arnold, brokers with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant. Nathan Denton and Jim Turano, also of Henry S. Miller, handled talks for the building owner.
