Hunter Douglas vacated the Casa Grande building at 1073 W. Park Blvd. just six months ago in an agricultural community that has found its economic well-being in the distribution field. Gold Circuit will employ about 20 people at the property, Rich Sica, executive vice president of Daum Commercial in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. Sica and Daum associate Sarge Glenn represented Gold Circuit. Craig Dayton of Dayton Company Industrial Real Estate handled talks for New Jersey-based Hunter Douglas.
Hunter Douglas' 15-year-old distribution site at the intersection of Interstates 8 and 10 was on the market for just 60 days. Sica says Gold Circuit's interest in a property outside metro Phoenix was purely based on price and availability of immediate occupancy.
