The JFP Energy Building is located at 14425 Torrey Chase Blvd. in the FM 1960-Champions submarket. The three-story structure currently is 83% occupied. Built in 1983, the JFP Energy office building was renovated in 1997 with a reflective glass exterior. Space at the 53,379-sf, class B building is advertised at $15.50 per sf. Mary Descant was Caldwell Watson's in-house representative for the lease negotiations.
The JFP Energy Building was part of a three-building portfolio that Caldwell Watson bought about two years ago from Prentiss Properties in a reported $8.5-million deal. The Northchase Business Park portfolio, totaling nearly 200,000 sf, also consists of 14505 Torrey Chase and Northchase Place.
