Hudson grabbed the lead spot for deals such as a 228,000-sf lease at Alliance for V&S Transportation Services and a $17-million sale of four buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Nicolson's lead 2001 deals in San Antonio consisted of an anchor lease to Stein Mart in Fiesta Trail shopping center, a pad site sale in Stone Oaks Common and the sale of One Stop Development Center.
