Nicoletti has been responsible for the execution and management of more than $2 billion in debt and equity transactions for institutional and private clients since 1998. He has also placed more than 15 million sf of office and retail equities in that time.
Before coming to Garibaldi, Nicoletti was senior vice president at Rockwood Realty Associates, based in Manhattan. Prior to that he was an investment manager at MetLife Real Estate Investments.
