In the bigger deal, ADT Security Inc. renewed its lease on about 15,000 sf at the Northbrook Business Center at 140 Heimer Rd. in the north-central submarket. It also took another 6,300 sf. Other tenants at the 105,000-sf Northbook center include Tom Christal Co., Lanier Business Systems and Miller Brewing Co. Bob Trevino of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis represented ADT. The building owner is Fulcrum Property Group, which represented itself.
In the other deal, Venue Creation Resources Inc. leased 4,500 sf at Rittiman West, located at 4322 Tejasco Rd. Located in the northeast submarket, Rittiman West is a 609,000-sf manufacturing and distribution center. Joe Carroll and Teresa Larkin of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, the Realty Associates Fund V, LP. The San Antonio office of Dallas-based REOC Property Services leases Rittiman East and its neighbor, Rittiman West, a 567,000-sf manufacturing and distribution center.
