Northbrook, IL-based Grubb & Ellis pegs the I-55 Corridor vacancy rate at 17%, outpacing the rest of the Chicago area industrial market. IDI has 149,600 sf available in its Corporate Crossings Business Park, less than half the submarket's vacancy rate.
