Tom Woods of Colliers International has signed Famous Footwear to Peoria Crossings at the Loop 101 and Northern in the suburb of Peoria. The retailer will be building a 10,030-sf store that is due to open in September.
Brown Group Retail Inc. of Madison, WI owns the popular footwear chain. Woods represented the Brown Group and Kimco Barclay Peoria Crossings LP, the power center owner, used in-house representation.
IBIZ Inc., a computer products supplier, will move in Feb. 1 to a 4,343-sf industrial spot at 2238 W. Lone Cactus in Phoenix. Mark Crismon of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix brokered the three-year lease on behalf of the tenant, who is relocating from 1919 W. Lone Cactus Dr. Accipter Communications is the owner of the 7,795-sf building.
In a five-year signing, E.J. Office Furniture has taken 2,925 sf at 1725 W. Williams Dr. in Phoenix. The office furniture supplier will relocate Feb. 1 from 1636 W. Camelback Rd. Crismon represented the tenant in the signing for building B, one of four in the 143,000-sf complex. Phil Statt handled talks for property owner, RDB Construction of Phoenix.
Come April 1, National Bank of Arizona will set up a temporary office in a 1,200-sf spot at Trekell Professional Offices at 1729 N. Trekell Rd. in the community of Casa Grande. The bank is building its first branch location in the rural community, east of Phoenix.
National Bank of Arizona signed a two-year lease for the temporary office. Sarge Glenn of DAUM's Phoenix office represented the building owner, Trekell Professional Offices LLC of Scottsdale.
