Brown and Donnelly are directors in Advantis' general commercial real estate services division. "They have a solid track record and an excellent reputation," Ted O'Connell, managing director, Central Florida region, Advantis, says in a prepared statement.
The brokers were joint recipients of the 1999 Gold Producer Award and the 1998 President's Award at NAI Krauss. Both are members of the National Association of Realtors and the Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.
Brown has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Rhode Island and a master's in public administration from West Virginia University.
