In Jacksonville, Craig/is Ltd., a Melrose, NY-based business process services company to the property and casualty insurance industry, is taking 24,000 sf for five years at the 22-story, 317,837-sf, 91%-leased One Enterprise Center, 225 Water St., in the Northbank area of Downtown.

The estimated aggregate value of the lease is $2.4 million or about $20 per sf. Crow vice president Ross Carrier negotiated for the owner. Trammell Crow has managed and leased the class A property since 1997. One Enterprise Center is next to the Omni Jacksonville Hotel and across from the Times Union Center.

In Tampa, URS Corp. of San Francisco has added 15,422 sf to its 85,000-sf existing quarters at the 12-story Waterford Plaza, 7650 Courtney Campbell Causeway, in the affluent Rocky Point area of Westshore.

The five-year lease has an estimated value of $1.5 million. Crow vice president Claire Caylor and office leasing associate Emily Ingerick negotiated for the owner.

Also at Westshore, Tampa's dominant office submarket, Turner Construction Co. of New York signed a nine-month lease for 1,015 sf at Westshore 500, a class, 10-story building on North Westshore Boulevard. The estimated value of the lease is $15,225. Crow's Caylor and Ingerick handled the deal.
