The first new location will open in late February in the Denver Technological Center. Bank One may acquire some locations instead of building new facilities.
The expansion is seen as one of the first in the US by Bank One under its chairman and chief executive officer, Jamie Dimon, who replaced John McCoy about two years ago. Dimon recently visited Denver to meet with more than 200 local employees and discussed the expansion and his commitment to the Denver area.
