The structure is a one-story building and offers 10,500 sf of office space, as well as seven dock doors and two drive-in doors. "That is an excellent building," Binswanger's Doug Faris tells GlobeSt.com. "It's fully air-conditioned and sits overlooking the bypass." The location, just adjacent to Highway 29, provides direct access to the Lynchburg Commercial Airport. "[The building] lends itself to the occupancy of one or two tenants," he says, adding that the design of the structure is suitable for a wide variety of businesses. At the moment, however, Faris confides it is more likely that leasers, as opposed to buyers, will take the space. Without naming names, he says, "we have a couple of fairly interesting lease prospects right now."
