The 98%-occupied High Park Village Center is positioned on the southwest corner of Interstate 360 and Arkansas Lane in Arlington. Kroger, which owns its site, also is in the midst of a major reconstruction. The work is expected to wrap up in six to eight months, says Chris Cozby, senior vice president of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.
No one's talking about the sales price or the listing price, but it's sure to be a high-ticket given the center's premier location in the high-retail corridor. As for the remodeling, word has it that upward of $500,000 is being invested to update the site.
Cozby represented the buyers at the bargaining table. T. Kirk May of the T. Kirk May Co. handled talks for the seller, another group of unidentified North Texas investors.
