International Data, a coupon redemption and fulfillment operation based in Bloomington, IN and El Paso, TX, will use the new space for a combination of offices and warehousing. The move was triggered by International Data's recent acquisition of Marketing Masters, a similar operation.
The 55-year-old Bloom Organization is based in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The company currently owns and manages more than five million sf of commercial and industrial facilities, most of it in southern New Jersey.
