Superior will be moving into the 116,000-sf Freeport V, also leased to ThyssenKrupp Dover Elevator Co. Duke Realty used its senior leasing representative, Bob Rice, to broker the deal. Jim Ballard of Dallas-based Staubach Co. negotiated on Superior's behalf for the distribution site in the 46-acre industrial park.
In another industrial lease, Wheel and Tire Designs Inc. has taken 5,000 sf in Arlington's section of the Great Southwest Industrial Park. The tenant will be moving into a distribution site at 3026 Avenue E East. Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas represented the tenant. Brian Jetty and David Dunn, both of the newly formed Dunn Commercial in Arlington, handled the long-term lease negotiations for the building owner, HDW & Associates Ltd.
