The tenant mix of the center, 94.5% leased at the time of sale, includes Blockbuster Video, Card & Party Warehouse, Starbucks, and Score Learning Center.

Earlier this month, Drogosz represented Com Realty of nearby Prospect Heights in the sale of its 205,285-sf Paradise Pavilion regional mall in West Bend, WI. Equity Investment Group bought the redeveloped in-line mall anchored by Kohl's and Hobby Lobby. He also New York-based New Plan Excel Realty in the sale of the 94,428-sf King City Square in downstate Mount Vernon. DLC Management Corp. of Tarrytown, NY bought the Kroger-anchored property.

* 5,706 sf by Heartspun Designs at Market Meadows at 75th Street and Naper Boulevard in Naperville.
* 1,850 sf at Hickory Palos Square by Quizno's Subs. The shopping center is at the southwest corner of 95th Street and Roberts Road in southwest suburban Hickory Hills.
* 1,389 sf at Kensington Center in southwest suburban Plainfield by TBD Nails.
* 1,200 sf at Marketplace of Matteson taken by Charlie's Heavenly Hair Palace. The shopping center is at Route 30 and Crawford Avenue in the southwest suburb of Matteson.
* 845 sf at Towne Square Wheaton by Omaha Steaks.
* 426 sf by Verizon Wireless at Stratford Plaza at Gary and Schick roads in west suburban Bloomingdale.
