The seven-storey 91,000-sf building will be aimed at a broad spectrum of large corporate occupiers. Hugh Rutherford of Montagu Evans, joint letting agents with Roxburgh & Co, said: 'This is the only building of its size and specification in the West Edinburgh area that combines a town centre location, high quality design and a size of floorplate now being demanded by many industries, including the IT and financial sectors.'
The quoting rent is expected to be around £20 ($28) per sf.
