Dave Hanusa of the Houston office of the Trammell Crow Co. represented building owner, Lehndorff Four Oaks Place Joint Venture. The new spot is in the prestigious Four Oaks Place complex, a four-building office campus totaling 1.75 million sf.
Parametric Technology Corp. is a Needham, MA-based software solutions developer. It is considered one of the world's largest software companies, with more than 33,000 customers worldwide. The software firm also has offices in Dallas and Austin.
In an unrelated lease, the architectural firm of Brooks/Coronado Associates recently leased 1,978 sf of office space at 3701 Kirby near Texas 59 in southwest Houston. Collier's Meredith brokered the deal for the tenant. Julie Tysor, also of Colliers International's Houston office, represented Lamesa Properties Ltd., the building owner.
