The 1010 Lamar is part of the 5.2 million-sf Houston portfolio owned by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The portfolio includes 50 office, retail and office-warehouse buildings. The law firm's new location will be in a 19-story, 264,885-sf structure situated between Main and Fannin in the Downtown.

Scot Ison of Houston's Axis Property Advisors represented Holm Bambace McCabe in the transaction. Doug Little of the Houston office of PM Realty Group acted on Koll Bren Schreiber's behalf.

In another office lease, Decision One Mortgage Co. signed for 4,452 sf at 1800 W. Loop South in Houston. Norman V. Munoz and John S. Parsley, both of Colliers International in Houston, represented the tenant. Bill Schneidau of Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd. was the in-house representative for the owner of record, Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII LP.
