It has bought the 3.75-acre Celotex site which has detailed planning consent for two Grade A office headquarter buildings of 59,836 and 33,905 sf. Both buildings will have additional top floor storage and a car parking ratio of 1:324 sf.
The site has extensive frontage directly onto the M3, meaning that the two buildings will be extremely prominent and, in addition to motorway connections, Sunbury Station, with links to London Waterloo is located 100 yards away.
Demolition of the existing buildings will commence shortly with the development scheduled to be completed by mid/late 2003. Stiles Harold Williams and NAI Gooch Webster are joint letting agents.
