Trade Web Group, which will use the space as its US headquarters, joins a tenant roster that includes SunAmerica Asset Management, Forest Labs, National Financial Services/Fidelity Corporate Real Estate and Garban Intercapital North America. Mark Ravesloot, Scott Sloves, Eric Engelhardt and Michael Monahan of Insignia/ESG, and Jane Greenblatt of Mack-Cali represented the owner in the transaction. The tenant was represented by John Isaacs, Pamela Walsh and Ed Duenas of Cushman & Wakefield.

Cranford, NJ-based Mack-Cali's Harborside Financial Center on the Jersey City waterfront currently consists of 2.1 million sf of class A space in four buildings, with the under-construction Plaza 5 and Plaza 10 adding more than 1.5 million to that total. Remaining sites will be able to accommodate another five million sf of space.

For its part, TradeWeb Group has a roster of equity investors that includes J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Saloman Smith Barney.
