The company leased 39,300 sf, all of Building One in the three building office/flex project. MaxOptix takes occupancy of the space at Parkway Tech Center in April.
"The signing of the MaxOptix lease is important in the Colorado Tech Center as it is one of the first significant transactions in that market since 2000 and puts a large dent in vacancy for the northwest corridor," says Robert Bruce, associate broker of the Frederick Ross Co.
As the exclusive representative for Parkway Technological Center, Ross brokers Scott Garel and Robert Bruce represented the owner, 246 Taylor, LLC. Independent broker Tav Tabacchi represented MaxOptix. Scottsdale Commercial of Niwot, CO is constructing the project.
