Paramount Financial Services grabs the largest spot, 1,925 sf at the Camelback Executive Park positioned at 6991 E. Camelback Rd. Gordon Raguse, senior vice president for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s office advisory division in Phoenix, represented tenant and building owner, Biltmore Camelback I LLC in the lease negotiations.

Equity Title Agency is taking 1,805 sf in a five-year pact for Hayden Park, located at 10603 N. Hayden Rd. Raguse handled the tenant side of the negotiations while Camco, the project's asset manager, represented the building owner, Public Pension Fund II LP.

In another five-year signing, Raguse lands a 1,710-sf tenant for building owner, M.F. Investments based in Claremont, CA. Arizona Neuropsychology PC will be moving into Hayden Square, an office building at 9832 N. Hayden Rd. George Long of Colliers International's Phoenix team represented the tenant.
