"That area is a great area for SimplexGrinnell because it allows quick access to Chantilly and the Southern part of Route 28 and the Dulles Toll Road," Advantis's Jay McInerney tells GlobeSt.com. "There's great access anywhere." McInerney declined to release the specific terms of the lease agreement.
