"We are very excited to introduce Fantastic Sams to the Boston market with a dynamic new prototype salon design at the Middleton Marketplace," says Anne Comstock Halvorsen, one of three principals at Cheveux LLC, in a released statement. Halvorsen says that the company's territory includes Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont with the exception of Bristol, Berkshire, and Bennington counties.
Cheveux recently appointed Burlington, Massachusetts-based Finard & Company as its exclusive tenant representative brokerage firm for new Fantastic Sams locations in New England. Finard & Co. found the location here, which is located in Middleton Marketplace, a 175,000-sf community center anchored by MarketBasket and Bob's Stores
Fantastic Sams, a unit of Anaheim, California-based Opal Concepts Inc., is one of the country's largest full service hair salon chains with over 1,400 units nationwide. In the northern New England region, each store will contain approximately 1,200 to 1,500 sf and will be located in urban and suburban centers with strong retail areas.
