LSG Sky Chef Inc., an airlines food provider, has gone from 4,351 sf to 11,752 sf in a long-term signing for class A space at the 294,069-sf MacArthur Center II at 5605 N. MacArthur in Las Colinas. The operation, which moves in later this month, is part of Lufthansa Service USA Corp. The signing takes the 16-year-old building to 98% occupancy, GlobeSt.com is told.
Jay Ballou of Dallas-based WorkPlaceUSA handled talks for the tenant. Crescent's vice president of leasing, Mike Lewis, brokered the expansion on behalf of building owner, Crescent Real Estate Funding II LP in Fort Worth.
In Dallas, Diana S. Friedman will relocate her law office to 2,879 sf in Cedar Maple Plaza. a CarrAmerica Realty LP building at 2311 Cedar Springs Rd. Tim Feagans of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas represented the tenant. Jay Bailey of Capstar Commercial Real Estate Services, also of Dallas, handled talks for the building owner.
