Most recently, he was president of Building Riser Access Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of EurekaGGN in New York. Paytas was responsible for the wholesale distribution of dark fiber among telecom companies within EurekaGGN's lit building portfolio. He was also involved in the company's real estate holdings and the expansion of its network through real estate access agreements. Previously, he was director of leasing for Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust, now WP Commercial, of Chatham, NJ.
With TCC, he will represent tenants, developers, investors and institutions in the office and industrial real estate markets.
