Preferred Hotel Management, based in Santa Ana, CA is the hotel manager. American Construction, based in Tucson, was the general contractor for the project.
The hotel's suites are 25 one-bedrooms and 73 studios. Each includes a kitchen, recliner, 25-inch television, a business desk, adjustable executive chair and two phone lines including a data port. Amenities include free local phone calls and incoming faxes, free laundry facilities, low-cost long distance, free videos and CD checkouts and an upscale exercise room.
There are more than 90 Candlewood Suites in the United States. Candlewood Hotel Co. owns, operates and licenses Candlewood Suites and Cambridge Suites.
