Among the transactions, MDS Pharma Services signed a 15,945-sf long-term lease expansion at The Triad at 2000 Renaissance Blvd. in King of Prussia, PA. The clinical research firm now occupies a total of 42,000 sf at the complex.
At the adjacent 2200 Renaissance Blvd., the University of Pennsylvania Health System has renewed its lease for 15,194 sf; GlaxoSmithKline has renewed both of its leases, currently occupying more than 20,000 sf; and the Summit Group, Inc. has signed a lease for just over 7,000 sf.
In the Summit transaction, the tenant was represented by Jim Nolen of CB Richard Ellis of Pennsylvania. Gregory Lezynski, vice president of marketing, was G&W's in-house leasing rep for all of the recent transactions.
