The medical center was a build-to-suit for the health-care giant. Watkins represented CIGNA and the building owner, Zeitlin Family Partnership. The facility is positioned in a medical district and close to the expanding Good Samaritan Regional Hospital.
In another medical-related lease, the Crisis Pregnancy Center has taken 8,497 sf at Flower Court located at 3311 N. 44th St. in Phoenix. Steve Whitehead and Mike McQuaid, both of Lee & Associates Arizona, negotiated for the building owner's asset team, JM Management, and Karsten Peterson of Insignia/ESG's Phoenix office represented the tenant.
In a 9,655-sf lease, Westgroup Marketing Research has picked a spot at Phoenix's Willows development at 2720 E. Thomas Rd. Watkins brokered the deal for the tenant, which will use the site for its administrative office for its consumer research company. Gordon Raguse of the Phoenix office for Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the building owner, Consolidated Holdings Corp.
