IDB Systems is a global leader in the design, engineering and integration and installation of satellite earth station facilities. The firm also has offices in Denver, Beijing, Bangkok and London.
Developer Miramar Development delivered the two-building third phase in December. The newest signing takes occupancy to 33%. Miramar's 10th Street Business Park is a 40-acre, 650,000-sf project that fully built out at the intersection of Jupiter Road and 10th Street. Miramar owns four of the six buildings in the development.
Miramar Development used its in-house leasing representative, Vanessa Walsh, to broker the deal. Calvin Hull, Greg Cannon and Tia DeFelice, all of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Dallas office, represented the tenant in the long-term lease talks.
In another industrial lease, Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas represented tenant and building owner for a 10,011-sf lease at Fairway Business Park in Lewisville. Comlink Management Services Inc. will use the 1500 Fairway Dr. location for teleconferencing and video sales and service.
