The $57 million, 600,000-sf project includes a series of residential structures, a four-level, 441-vehicle parking structure, and a 26-story high-rise component on a full city block fronting India Street. The architect for the project is Carrier Johnson of San Diego.
Completion of the entire structure is targeted for September 2002.
In another multifamily transaction, the Harbor View Villas at 404 N. 47th Ave. has been sold for $4.2 million to Harbor View Associates. The seller of the 60-unit complex was Davidson Housing Family Partnership, II.
