Ryan, who has some 30 years of experience in both office and industrial real estate, will take the title of senior vice president. He comes to the Hanson organization from Alexander Summer of Paramus, NJ, where he was vice president.
Among his clients in the base have been Bellemead Development Corp. and Matrix Development Corp. He also has extensive experience in golf course development, among other things helping Robert Trent Jones assemble a 1,106-acre site for a golf course project in Manassas, VA.
