Todd R. Noonan, a senior associate for Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP, says the INS occupies more than 50,000 sf at two locations in the immediate area. The long-term signing takes the 40,000-sf structure at 2998-3010 N. Stemmons Freeway to full occupancy after the bulk of the office building sat empty for more than a year, he tells GlobeSt.com.
The INS will move into space previously occupied by Office Max. The finish-out is being planned right now in anticipation of an early June move-in.
Noonan represented the building owner while Steven W. Beckman of ABEC Group in Arlington handled talks for the INS, which will be sharing a building with a medical group.
In a Henry S. Miller Commercial-brokered deal, Bark & Purr is taking 5,628 sf at the Central Forest Shopping Center at 11613 N. Central Expressway. The tenant is a retailer of pet grooming and pet care supplies. Tara Harper, Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton, all of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the property owner, Central Forest Shopping Center Ltd.
