Rotch Property Group agreed to pay £50 million ($71 million) , which was recently pre-let to retailer Argos, part of the GUS retail group. The building--which includes 75,000 sf of mezzanine space--is currently under construction with completion due in October 2002.

This is the second building on the Centre 38 site. A 29-acre site is used by train manufacturer Bombardier as a service depot for Virgin Trains, and 32 acres remain available.
